Cable and Wireless

Cable and Wireless had around 15 businesses in different geographical areas running separate but identical databases. As a result, it could take up to three days to run queries. 

Blueprint revised the universe so that codes, instead of values, were used as query objects, and the complex list of values (LOV) was constructed to enable users to navigate the correct codes via literal values.

We simplified the process significantly. Queries now took a matter of hours, rather than days,  allowing the company to make business decisions more speedily and effectively.
