London Borough of Lewisham

The London Borough of Lewisham needed a reporting system that would allow social care workers to easily review the quality of care services being provided. Lewisham’s main priority was to automate the distribution of personalised reports to individuals.

To meet this requirement, we created a system based on the SAP Business Objects suite together with Blueprint utilities.  Senior managers now have full visibility of Key Performance Indicators. 

The system also manages payments and overspending, automatically producing exception reports that enable Invoicing and Accounts to correct errors before they multiply.
