Stevenage Borough Council

The council had over 90 BVPIs encompassing all of its service areas and wanted to monitor these critical indicators to demonstrate performance and benchmark against other councils.

Blueprint launched a strategic management initiative to help streamline the gathering of BVPI data and reports, allow up-to-date visibility in all areas and cascade summaries throughout the council.

As a result, Stevenage Borough Council is now able to provide visible and relevant data to staff. It has now incorporated local KPIs into the system.
