BPC Accelerator Webinar - March 6th
The SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) application has been proven to help Councils collect and consolidate budget and forecast information and provide an interface for budget managers to monitor personalised information on budgets vs forecasts, actuals and commitments. Our consultants have helped Councils save money by using BPC to make their process of budgeting and forecasting more efficient, whilst allowing cost centre managers to effectively monitor and manage their own budgets.
Since implementing BPC for SAP customers specifically, we've sought out ways to further increase cost savings for our clients. As a result we've developed the BPC Accelerator for local government; an out of the box, BPC solution for SAP ERP customers which provides forecasting and budget monitoring capability circa 60% of the time it takes to build from scratch.
The BPC accelerator includes a great deal of pre-built content and integration, including:
- Out of the box SAP ERP integration
- Pre-defined data collection from systems
- Input schedules for the collection of forecast information
- Workflows for management approval of forecast information
- Commentary throughout the forecasting process
