At Blueprint, we believe that effective training means far more than covering the essential topics in the right order. We know that the skills and personality of our trainers and the level of comfort and support we offer our delegates count for just as much. So we design our courses to be enjoyable as well as valuable, and we aim to make our delegates feel at home with us.
When we recruit trainers, we demand more than the right accreditation and experience. We look for trainers with teaching skills that suit specific types of training and working environments, because a training style that’s right for, say, an investment banking audience, will not necessarily suit a housing association. And we look for that extra something: the enthusiasm and sparkle that sets a ‘natural’ trainer apart from someone who’s merely competent.
