Through this one day course you will see that Performance Manager enables you to create scorecards that, by aligning with Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), track performance across the enterprise. When deployed on corporate dashboards, you can personalize the displayed goals so users only see goals and data appropriate for their role.
Building on existing Dashboard Manager knowledge, this course provides demonstrations and hands-on activities that take you from building goals to automating goal based alerts through rules. Delegates will be move beyond tracking historical performance to map
out strategies for future performance, and align goals that can then be monitored
against actual data.
