The main challenge presented by Eurostar was to expand and consolidate their BI platform to enable in-dept, cross-departmental reporting,
Blueprint helped Eurostar upgrade and restructure their BusinessObjects environment. Now, they are able to standardise and improve delivery or reports and documents across various departments.
The new structure accommodates users with little or now BusinessObjects experience and allows them to access reports in more common, easy to use formats. This has led to increased accuracy and quality of information across the business.
